We are proud to offer free delivery to most metro and regional areas Australia wide. You may verify your eligibility using the ‘Free Delivery Postcode Checker’ on each product page or in your shopping cart. If the shipping calculator shows a $0.00 delivery rate, delivery is free. Additional fees may apply for rural, remote or isolated regions.
We partner with leading carriers like Australia Post, Aramex, Team Global Express, Allied Express, and others as needed to deliver our orders nationwide. Please note due to size/weight limitations, we are unable to deliver to PO box or Parcel Locker addresses. Deliveries can only be made to ground floor levels; if the delivery is in a multi-story building, the delivery company will not generally travel past the ground floor building entrance. Ensure that appropriate arrangements are made to accept your delivery on arrival.
Delivery Schedule
Deliveries usually occur on business days between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm, excluding public holidays. During peak periods, weekend or after-hours deliveries (within reason) may occur. We optimize our ordering system for early dispatch and can't hold orders for deliver after specific dates. If you need delivery after a particular date, please contact our customer support before placing your order. Unfortunately, we can't offer a choice for the delivery time or day. Couriers may send email or text notifications on the delivery day, but it's not guaranteed. Courier tracking is provided as an estimate, subject to factors beyond their control. If the courier runs out of time to deliver your order on the loaded day, they will generally attempt on the next business day.
Delivery Instructions
Use the checkout notes field for general courier instructions, like 'leave unattended at front door.' Most deliveries have standard Authority to Leave and are left unattended if deemed safe by the courier. In certain situations where the courier does not deem it appropriate to leave the shipment unattended, a missed delivery card will be left with further instructions. You may specify your Authority to Leave or not preference in the order notes. While couriers aim to fulfil general requests, we appreciate your understanding that we can't guarantee all requests can be actioned. Couriers can't make phone calls on duty due to safety limitations, therefore requests for the courier to phone on or prior to arrival cannot be accommodated. Please be aware that the delivery notes field goes directly to couriers, unreviewed by our team. For specific order instructions, contact our team before placing an order.
Delivery Redirect (Change of Address)
Please ensure your order has a valid residential or business delivery address and confirm accuracy in your emailed order acknowledgment immediately after placing the order. If you have made a mistake, contact our team as soon as possible, as changes can't be made once the order is dispatched. If an update is needed post-dispatch, our team will try to request a redirect with the couriers, but success is limited. Once a parcel is in transit, capturing it is challenging, and we can't guarantee a successful redirection by the couriers. Don't forget to use separate bill-to and ship-to addresses if your delivery address differs from your billing address.
Multiple Shipments & Partial Deliveries
Orders may be shipped in multiple shipments, which may mean that they arrive at different times through different couriers. In some cases where parcels are separated in transit, the couriers may make a partial delivery. The delivery tracking information will confirm if a partial delivery has been made and it will continue to update for the remaining parcels in transit. If parcels are still in transit outside of the estimated delivery time, please contact our team for assistance.
Missed Delivery
If no one is available to accept a delivery, the courier may leave instructions for redelivery or take the parcel to a local collection point. While we aim to accommodate redelivery requests, it's not guaranteed. If unsuccessful, the parcel will require collection from the collection point. If neither redelivery nor pickup occurs within 7 days, the carrier may return the shipment to the sender, potentially incurring a redelivery fee. We recommended monitoring the provided delivery tracking closely to arrange prompt receipt of your order.
Delivery Tracking
For your convenience, all orders are trackable during the delivery process via the couriers website. The consignment number for your delivery will be provided in your delivery confirmation email once the order has been dispatched and will include a link to the respective couriers tracking system. Please allow up to 24-48 hours for the tracking details to show on the couriers website tracking system. If your order is still not available to track after 48 hours, please reach out to our customer support team so that we can investigate it for you.
