If your order hasn’t entered the dispatch process yet, our team can help make the changes you need. Just contact us as soon as possible with your requested changes, and we’ll check the status of your order for you.
However, once your order has entered the dispatch process, modifications or cancellations are no longer possible. Please note that our warehouse operates beyond regular office hours, so requests made outside of business hours may not be processed in time before dispatch.
