Homecoze shall not be held liable for any delay, suspension, or failure arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Such circumstances include, but are not limited to, acts of God, governmental actions or restrictions, transportation strikes, postal or relevant transport disruptions, postal theft, labour difficulties such as lockouts, wars or national emergencies, epidemics, pandemics, quarantine requirements, acts of terrorism, fire, explosion, flood, acts or omissions of third parties, inability to obtain necessary materials, equipment, facilities, or services, performance failures by other parties, interruptions of internet or social media platforms (e.g., Facebook), virus attacks, accidents, or breakdowns of plant, machinery, software, hardware, or communication networks.
