Our Freight Protection Promise ensures that all parcels are insured against loss or damage that may occur during transit, up until the point of delivery. We provide courier tracking for all shipments, and it is the customer's responsibility to follow the tracking updates closely to make any necessary arrangements for receiving their order. 

Please be aware that delivery insurance is only valid up until the point of delivery. Homecoze can not be held liable for the theft of, or any damage/s that occurs to any packages after a delivery has been completed. Most orders are shipped with Authority to Leave; customers must specifically request or deny this authority in their order delivery notes when placing their order where it is required for their specific circumstances.
