While we strive for accuracy, slight variations (within reason) in colour, material finishes, and in subjective features like comfort may occur and do not necessarily indicate a faulty item.

Customer Communications

For a prompt resolution and to avoid communication delays, please include the following information when submitting any product return or warranty requests:

  • Order number
  • Name and email address used on the order
  • Reason for return/warranty request
  • Preferred resolution (repair, replacement, store credit, or refund)
  • In case of returns, a photo of the packaged product is required showing that it is in the same safe and transportable conditional that it arrived in.
  • In case of product damage or faults, include photos or a short video showing the issues.
