We understand situations may arise where you need to cancel your order, however we recommend making cancellation requests as soon as possible if required. It is important to note that once an order has begun processing for dispatch, modifications or cancellations are no longer possible. Please review your order carefully before placement as our systems are optimized for swift dispatch processing, often occurring within hours. Please be aware that our warehouse teams may operate beyond regular office hours. Requests submitted outside of standard business hours can not be guaranteed to be actioned before your order progresses to the dispatch phase.


When An Order Can Be Cancelled

If an order has not entered the dispatch process, you may cancel part or all, opting for a store credit or a refund covering product and shipping costs (if no other items remain to be shipped). Keep in mind that delivery confirmation emails are sent at the final dispatch stage, and having not received the tracking details yet does not imply that an order has not been dispatched, or that it is able to be cancelled.


When An Order Cannot Be Cancelled

Once an order is in dispatch processing, cancellation will be treated as a change-of-mind return request and will be processed according to our returns policy. For third-party fulfilled products or 'made to order' items, cancellation may not be possible post-order placement.


Change of Delivery Address

Please review your details carefully, particularly the delivery address, before order placement. If an error occurs, contact our team promptly, as changes are not possible once an order has begun processing for dispatch. If an update is required after it has been shipped, our team will attempt to request a redirect with the couriers, however success is limited and not guaranteed. Homecoze does not assume responsibility for validating provided delivery address information, and any additional shipping charges resulting from an incorrect address will be the customers responsibility.
