If you would like to request a change of mind return, please review the following conditions and procedures:
Conditions for Return
Notification Period: Notify us of your intent to return the product within seven(7) days from the date of delivery.
Product Condition: The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same 'as-new' and resalable condition as when it arrived.
Restocking Fee: A 10% restocking fee will be applied to the final refund, as outlined in our policy.
Return Shipping Costs: We can provide a quote for a pre-paid return freight label for your convenience. If you choose this option, the cost of the return label will be deducted from the final refund. Alternatively, you may send the item back using your courier of choice.

1. Initiate Return: Contact our customer service team within the specified notification period to initiate the return process.
2. Provide Photos: Submit photos of the item in its current condition, showing that it is safe and ready for transport.
3. Approval and Instructions: Once we receive and validate the condition of the item, we will provide you with further instructions, including details on return shipping or pickup.
4. Return Shipping: Use the pre-paid return label provided by us, or arrange for your courier to return the item. Ensure the item is securely packaged to avoid damage during transit.
