How do I track the status of my delivery?

Once your order is dispatched, we’ll send you tracking information via email so you can keep an eye on its progress. You can also check the status of your order anytime through our Help Centre!

When will my order be shipped?

Orders are confirmed and prepared for shipment within 1-12 hours following order placement. Items are typically dispatched within 1-2 business days after purchase.

How will I know when an item has been shipped?

Once an order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification which will include tracking information so you can monitor the status of your delivery. Please note that some orders may be shipped with multiple tracking numbers.

Which couriers do you use?

Our distribution centre chooses the most appropriate courier for each order based on its size, weight, and destination, commonly utilising services like Australia Post, Team Global Express, Aramex, Couriers Please, and Hunter Express & more.
